How it works
From Discord to a private ticket.
- 1Join the official Netron Tanks Discord using the button above.
- 2Open the Help Tickets section and select the category that matches your issue.
- 3Create one private ticket per issue and provide your exact in-game username.
- 4Explain what happened and attach the date, match ID, transaction reference or screenshots when relevant.
Response policy
Clear scope. Careful review.
Tickets are reviewed according to severity, available evidence and team capacity. Opening duplicate tickets, tagging staff repeatedly or sending direct messages does not accelerate a review.
Purchase, anti-cheat, economy and account-security investigations may require additional checks. Staff may request limited account information inside the private ticket, but never your password, wallet seed phrase or private key.
Ticket visibility
Your ticket is not a public chat channel. Only the player and authorized support roles should be able to read it.
Enforcement appeals
One appeal within 14 days.
Create an Enforcement Appeal ticket in the official Discord. Include your username, the approximate decision date and the factual error you want reviewed. Appeals do not guarantee reversal, and sensitive anti-cheat methods will not be disclosed.
