Game Rules & Player Agreement

Scope and acceptance

These rules apply to the Netron Tanks game, website account features, official services, competitive systems, virtual items, referrals and any connected in-game economy feature operated under the NetronX Games brand.

You are responsible for following these rules whenever you use the service. Local platform age requirements and parental-consent rules may also apply. A parent or guardian who permits a minor to play is responsible for that permission where applicable.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential.
Do not sell, rent, trade, share or transfer accounts unless Netron Tanks expressly provides an official transfer feature.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you report a suspected compromise.
Multiple accounts must never be used to coordinate in the same match, farm rewards, evade restrictions, manipulate rankings or gain an unfair advantage.
Report suspected account compromise promptly through the Support page.

Netron Tanks staff will never ask for your password, wallet seed phrase, private key or recovery phrase.

Fair play and prohibited software

Competition must be decided by player skill and legitimate game mechanics.

No cheats, bots, macros, automation, scripts, aim assistance or unattended play.
No modified clients, injected code, memory or packet manipulation, unauthorized overlays or tools that expose hidden game information.
No interference with matchmaking, networking, telemetry, anti-cheat systems or game services.
No attempt to bypass device, account, regional, competitive, economy or withdrawal restrictions.
No distribution, promotion, sale or testing of prohibited tools on live services.

Bugs, exploits and vulnerabilities

A bug is not a permitted game mechanic merely because it is reproducible. If you discover a vulnerability, stop using it and report it privately with enough information for us to investigate.

Do not exploit, conceal, publish or teach methods that duplicate items, currency, rewards or progression.
Do not access areas, data, accounts or systems that are not intended for you.
Do not repeatedly benefit from an unintended mechanic after you know, or should reasonably know, that it is defective.

Rewards, items, ranks and balances produced by an exploit may be removed or corrected without compensation.

Match integrity and player conduct

No win trading, intentional feeding, boosting, ghosting, collusion or coordinated match manipulation.
No harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, doxxing, scams or deliberate disruption of other players.
Do not use obscene, hateful, misleading or staff-impersonating usernames. An offending name may be restricted until an approved username-change request is completed.
Do not spam, advertise unauthorized services or solicit account credentials, payments or wallet secrets.
Use reporting systems honestly. Fabricated or abusive reports may themselves result in action.

Virtual items and game economy

Gems, cases, paints, equipment, Premium access, boosts and other digital content are licensed for use inside the service. They are not owned as physical property, do not have guaranteed cash value and may not be exchanged outside an official feature.

NTX Points, if displayed in the game, are an internal game record. They are not automatically an on-chain token, are not directly transferable and do not guarantee future conversion, withdrawal or market value.

No farming through fake matches, alternate-account loops, referral abuse, payment abuse or coordinated reward generation.
No unauthorized sale, purchase or exchange of accounts, items, services, balances or rewards.
We may correct erroneous balances and reverse duplicated, fraudulent, refunded or improperly obtained items.

Purchases and digital delivery

Purchases are delivered digitally to the designated account. Once correctly delivered or consumed, purchases are generally final except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

We may review verified non-delivery, duplicate charges or a material technical fault. Any discretionary remedy depends on the evidence, the payment provider and the circumstances. Chargeback abuse, payment fraud or unauthorized payment methods may result in balance reversal and account restrictions.

NTX eligibility and future withdrawals

The withdrawal system is still under development. If introduced, minimum amounts, fees, supported wallets, availability and eligibility requirements will be shown in the wallet interface or a dedicated policy before use.

Any request may be placed under manual review. Reviews may take several days and complex investigations may take tens of days. We may hold or reject a request where activity indicates cheating, exploitation, automation, fraud, reward farming, multi-account coordination, sanctions evasion or another security concern.

A displayed balance is not a promise of withdrawal. Suspicious activity may lead to reward removal, withdrawal refusal and temporary or permanent account suspension, with a reason category communicated to the player.

Investigations and enforcement

To protect players and the economy, we may review gameplay events, match relationships, input patterns, device and network identifiers, account links, purchases, progression, economy events, reports and support history.

Possible actions include a warning, reward rollback, rank or balance correction, feature restriction, competitive restriction, withdrawal hold, temporary suspension or permanent ban.
Related accounts may also be restricted when evidence indicates common control, coordinated abuse or sanction evasion.
We may preserve evidence and withhold sensitive detection details when disclosure would help users bypass security or anti-cheat systems.
The severity, repetition, impact, intent and available evidence determine the action taken.

Appeals

A player may submit one clear appeal within 14 days of an enforcement decision through the designated section of the official Netron Tanks Discord. Include the username, approximate decision date and the factual reason you believe the decision is incorrect.

An appeal is a review, not a guarantee of reversal. Repeated, abusive or evidence-free submissions may be closed. We will communicate the outcome or reason category, but we may not disclose internal detection methods or information concerning other players.

Licence and intellectual property

Netron Tanks grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the game for its intended purpose. The game, characters, software, artwork, names, systems and related content remain protected by intellectual-property law.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, commercially exploit or create unauthorized derivative services except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Service and rule changes

We may update the game, features, economy balancing and these rules to improve security, comply with law or protect the service. Material rule changes may require renewed acceptance. The current version and effective date are displayed on this page.
