Your experience matters
Open Beta is more than early access to the battlefield. It is the period when real matches reveal problems that internal testing cannot reproduce and when clear feedback can directly improve the player experience.
You do not need technical knowledge to contribute. Playing normally, describing what happened and sharing honest impressions are already valuable.
How commanders can help
Useful reports are specific, reproducible and sent through the correct official channel.
- Report bugs with the map, game mode and steps that caused them
- Share performance problems together with device and browser details
- Explain which equipment feels too strong, weak or unclear
- Report suspected cheating, exploits and coordinated abuse privately
- Suggest interface improvements without exposing personal information
- Follow server-status and known-issue announcements before reporting duplicates
Protect the test environment
Testing does not permit cheating, automation, exploit abuse, win trading, harassment or economy manipulation. Serious violations may result in reward correction, account restrictions or removal from Open Beta.
Never publish exploit instructions or security-sensitive details publicly. Use the designated Discord ticket or support section so the issue can be investigated safely.
